The programming of Back TO Bach 2024 will again be modulated in two phases: a first one starting on 21 March (Bach's birthday) will cover the spring period until 21 June (European Festival of Music), with a strong presence of young musicians 'in residence'; a second in the autumn, the festival proper festival proper, which will take place from late September to early December, with international guests and with the highest concentration of concert and musicological events, focusing on the tricentenary of the Johannes-Passion (1724-2024).
