The aim of the fair is to highlight local products and realities: from cheeses to vegetable garden produce; from special wood, leather and metal work to cows and goats that give us tasty cheeses; from the most modern agricultural machinery to plants in nurseries. Space is also given to innovations in the field of energy production. The programme for the 2024 edition also features many talks by experts from the world of biodiversity, discussions between the worlds of politics and agriculture, as well as show-cooking and exhibitions.
